Hi I'm Laura, your dedicated body transformation coach. As a mother in her 30's that found health & fitness as a mechanism to help with my post natal body dysmorphia and to aid my mental health and well being, i have over 6 years of knowledge and experience to share with you to achieve you dream body goal.
